MAILBASE / Practical email marketing
How to create a marketing email with AI
Turn your website, products and inspiration into a visual campaign you can review.
Updated October 23, 2026
Start with the goal
Define a concrete action: introduce your brand, explain a product, recover a purchase or promote a verified offer. A brief such as “introduce our coffee range and drive visitors to the collection” is more useful than asking for a beautiful email. Specify the audience and destination page.
Use real business sources
Provide your official website and the product URL when needed. Check variants, packaging, descriptions and offer terms. Automated research may find some of this information; blocked pages or missing details need your input. Do not turn an assumed benefit into a commercial claim.
Choose references deliberately
Select an email whose structure suits your goal. Additional references can inform typography, photography or product presentation. Mailbase supports up to four reference images. Describe a specific detail when it is essential.
Create, review and export
Assess the complete campaign: subject line, inbox preview, opening, arguments and calls to action. Check product fidelity and banner readability on mobile. Export and test in your email platform. Creating the design and sending the campaign are separate steps.
